Nakacsen(ナカチェン) は、ハンガリー、ブダペストにて2016年に創業した、自家焙煎コーヒー豆の専門店です。

日本人の夫ナカザワと、ハンガリー人の妻チェンドムを合わせてナカチェンの、夫婦のお店です。

店主の中澤芳弘は、コーヒー焙煎がお菓子作りの一部とみなされるハンガリーで、製菓の国家資格を取得。日本人として初めて、自家焙煎店の営業許可を取得しました。

ドナウ川沿いの焙煎室から日本へと引っ越し、通販のみに専念して、今も変わらず、日々の焙煎を続けています。

2023年春より、ナカチェンのたった1つの商品、ドナウブレンドのみを販売しております。

Nakacsen (ナカチェン) is a specialty coffee bean shop founded in Budapest, Hungary in 2016.

Nakacsen is a family-owned business run by the Japanese husband (Nakazawa), and the Hungarian wife (Csendom).

The owner, Yoshihiro Nakazawa, obtained a national confectionery qualification in Hungary, where coffee roasting is considered as a part of pastry making. He became the first Japanese to acquire a business permit for a coffee roasting shop.

After relocating from the roasting room along the Danube River to Japan, we have been exclusively focused on mail-order sales and continue our daily roasting operations unchanged.

Starting from the spring of 2023, we exclusively offers only one product, the Danube Blend.

For purchases under 1,000 yen, we offer delivery for 200 yen.
(Due to delivery by Japan Post's Click Post, we cannot accommodate specific delivery dates and times.)

Orders of 5 bags of 100g Danube Blend or more will be shipped separately, but there will be no additional shipping charges.

Please note that when the inlet of the post is too small for them to put in the envelope, Japan Post may require you to arrange redelivery and receive the shipment in person.
